The first 1,000 heroes to register automatically earn permanent Founding Member status — a badge on their profile and a permanent number (the earlier you join, the lower your number). Only 1,000 spots exist, ever. This is separate from your membership tier. You can be a free Member Founding Member or an Elite Founding Member.

Yes. You can upgrade from Member to Pro or Elite at any time. If you downgrade, your Founding Member badge and number stay permanently — those are yours regardless of tier. Your @PatriotsProtect.com email address is yours at every tier; downgrading only affects enhanced features like expanded storage, Google Workspace, expanded career tools, and AI Concierge, which return when you re-upgrade.

The Member tier is free forever — that's your trial with no time limit. We're planning a 14-day free trial for Pro at launch.

The Member free tier will always be free, but the Founding Member number and permanent badge program is limited to the first 1,000 registrations only. After those spots are claimed, the Founding Member program closes permanently.

Elite members automatically contribute a portion of their subscription to the Patriots Protect Community Fund each month. The fund is disbursed quarterly to trusted veteran and first-responder causes selected by the Patriots Protect leadership team. You receive a quarterly impact report showing where your contribution went.

Every Patriots Protect member — including the free Member tier — receives a permanent personal @PatriotsProtect.com email address. It's your PP identity for life. Free members get a basic mailbox (send/receive, webmail, spam protection, contacts, MFA) plus basic migration tools for contacts and calendar. Pro members unlock enhanced email with expanded storage, advanced migration, and Google Workspace. Elite members get the full Google Workspace experience — Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Gemini AI. The address is yours regardless of tier and stays yours even if you change jobs, branches, or carriers.

Pro members receive a Google Workspace entitlement — professional productivity tools including Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Elite members get the full premium edition with enhanced storage (2 TB+), Gmail as their primary email client, Meet, Chat, and Gemini AI integration. We'll communicate the exact edition and storage tier to Pro and Elite members at launch as we finalize provider terms.

The Member tier is genuinely full-featured — not a stripped preview. Free includes the community feed, direct messaging, groups, member directory, event discovery, basic career browsing, a curated selection of member benefits, PPTV, and full access to all verification levels. It also includes your @PatriotsProtect.com email address with a basic mailbox and migration tools. Pro and Elite add expanded tools on top of this foundation — enhanced email, Google Workspace, the full benefits marketplace, event RSVP, expanded career tools, AI Concierge, and more.
